Property Owners - How it Works

  1. Enable Automatic Payments on My Guests page - see how-to video

  2. Verify you have named and number your beds in Property details so you can assign tenants to beds.

  3. Add Tenants to join your Property from my message inbox.

  4. Or add Tenants to join your Property from My Guests page.

  5. In the invitation you will set rent amount, payment date, bed assignment, etc.

  6. The new tenant will receive an email with the invitation to join your Property.

  7. Enable AutoPay and the invitation will take the tenant to their Dashboard to verify their payment info and accept the payment schedule.
