Refund Policies

We make every effort to run a website that is fair, honest and a valuable service to our fellow inflight community.

Since we started Feb 14, 2012, we have issued many refunds in deserving cases. That being said, we are a paid service and do not issue refunds from people who try to ‘bend the rules’ (yes there have been many) regarding their use of the website.

We request our customers read our Policies 3-times during the account creation process. If you have created an account on the website and you have correspond with other fellow in-flight then our services have been rendered in-full and as advertised, and no refund will be issued.
